Steven Brooke & Gage

These guys will be here this week to live with us until December...I cant wait! Steven will be working for me right next door to our house.

I will get to come home from work everyday to this...isnt he delicious? We look forward to babysitting as often as they let us! I only get them for a few months but it will be worth it!

And we get the pleasure of getting to know our DIL better...we have only been together a few times and always short visits or with lots of ppl around. She is talented and sweet and a great little mommy! I look forward to learning alot from her! Our extended family and ward family are excited too! Lots happens while they are here...next week BREE returns from her mission in Argentina...Chris returns from his mission in Mexico November 4th.

Hurry guys! We can't wait!

HAPPY FATHERS DAY

My multi-faceted husband. Do you kind of understand our children now? He is a great man. Fun, funny, and most of all he loves his childrens mother and he loves his children!

My funny dad! You have been a great father full of lots of stories...sometimes the same one...but thats OK. You worked hard to provide for our growing family and took great care of our mom!

Steven embarked on fatherhood this year and is a natural. I knew he would be! He was always good with the kids in the ward, the neighborhood, wherever we went he was like the pied piper they would be following him, tackling him and he loves it. He is a great husband and father and will always do the right thing when it comes to his family! The love is apparent everytime I see you hold him!

My favorite picture of josh and his boys! Josh has had a different journey to fatherhood. WOW! You have amazed me! The tender feelings I feel when I see you with your boys.... I feel so proud of you and your unconditional love you have for them and their mother! However many little ones the Lord blesses you with will be some pretty lucky kids!

I look forward to two more boys that will become fathers. I know they will be just as amazing in their own ways! I feel so blessed to have such terrific kids who will know raise an incredible new generation! Love you guys so much!

TO MY DAD: BEING RAISED BY A THERAPIST MAKES FOR AN INTERESTING CHILDHOOD. I REMEMBER ONE TIME AS A TEEN RANTING...MY DAD PULLED OUT A TAPE RECORDED PUSHED PLAY AND SAID "NOW WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO A PERSON WHO SOUNDED LIKE THAT?" I SWORE IT WASNT ME. OF COURSE, I KNEW IT WAS.

HE WAS ALOT OF FUN TO TALK TO AND I BELIEVE I AM FASCINATED WITH WHY PEOPLE ARE THE WAY THEY ARE BECAUSE OF ALL THE STORIES HE WOULD TELL US OF THE CRAZIES! HE WAS ALWAYS SO HELPFUL AROUND THE HOUSE. ALWAYS ON THE GO DOING, WALKING, PLAYING SPORTS OR WATCHING THEM, READING.

Steven & Brookes Visit

We had a blast with Steven & Brooke...late nights playing MAFIA with the family...campus visits...letting them sleep in...cooking good food for them...washington DC touring! They are alot of fun. So sweet to each other and starting to look pregnant. Love you guys!

STEVEN AND BROOKE ARE GOING TO BE PARENTS

We are so thrilled to be grandparents again! Our little newlyweds didn't take long to make that happen! They are expecting an arrival around Sept 17th! We love being NaNa and G-diddy!

The Newlyweds

I got to go visit the NEWLYWEDS.
They are so happy and so cute. Almost makes you sick how cute they are...all that kissing and I Love You every 5 mins...Oh a mother wouldn't want it any other way for her son.
They got their Christmas gifts early. You can see them sitting on it. It is their only piece of furniture besides a bed.
They moved into our townhouse in Rexburg and they love it. It is really cute.

Brooke is busy in school studying hard. Steven is off track right now. He drives a bus route early in the morning and then goes and works at a construction job till 5pm.

If was so fun to visit with them.

Can't wait till Thanksgiving!

STEVEN AND BROOKE ARE MARRIED

We had a really fun family dinner friday night. Ponch & Brookes dad Brad sang a song that Poncho wrote for them...it was hysterical. Brandon gave a funny "best manicus" speech. Steven, Bree, Chris and David acted out the 2 very different and funny versions of their first date. We ate Daves Famous BBQ and enjoyed the evening.









The Temple ceremony was beautiful. The reception got rained out but who cares...they are married! It took them 2 days to get to the Bahamas...but who cares...they are married and they eventually made it and had an awesome time!
