G-Baby's Surgery

G-Baby goes in today for surgery. He was born with a branchial cleft fistula. It is basically a hole in his throat. Mrs. R found it the first day she got him. It was very tiny but was oozing liquid. It is a common surgery but depending on where the fistual goes and what it is wrapped around it can be complicated. Luckily the surgeon at Primary Childrens Hospital doing the surgery has done many. He just went into surgery a few minutes ago..keep him in your prayers. I will update as soon as I know anything!
UPDATE:
G-Baby's surgery went well. It took longer than they had planned because it was wrapped around an artery and his tonsil so they took the tonsil out! He is struggling to eat well. If he doesnt start eating better they will readmit him. He wimpered most of the night and they said the 3rd day will be the worst as far as pain goes. we are glad it's over but we want you to get well!

I hope everything goes well! We will remember them in our prayers. We've been through 2 surgeries with Bennett so far and I think it's the worst for us moms.
