HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME

Every woman needs good friends. I have some great ones! Some live here, some live faraway! A few are pictured here at my birthday luncheonon Friday. A couple had to leave early...sorry we didnt get you in the picture but I love you for coming!

I had a fun birthday weekend. A friend took me to lunch Monday and another on Wed! A sweet friend brought me a necklace made by children in the Philipines. Ponch bought me an IPHONE. My grandson sent me a video message saying happy birthday on it...it was sooo cute. A couple of my kids thought way ahead and had gifts here on my actual bday. All of my kids (except Elder Redfern you are excused) called to wish me a happy birthday. The Allen girls made me a beautiful cake.

My hubby & daughter made me a scrumptious dinner.

Steak- grandma style

My sister and her family brought a beautiful cake over and some friends surprised me and stopped by to sing for me! Poncho had written a song years ago for Mr. R when he got home from his mission. He played the guitar and everyone joined in and sang....TEARS..It helped me getting over the fact that

I missed having 5 of my 6 kids and my 2 beautiful DIL and my favorite grandsons but other than that turning

29 was FANTASTIC!

THANKS FAMILY & FRIENDS FOR MAKING MY BIRTHDAY SPECIAL...I LOVE YOU ALL!
