Love ya!
Elder REdfern

HOLA!!!It has been yet another great week in JUAN DE GARAY! Juan and Mari signed their paps to get baptised this weekend which we are totally stoked about. He told the elder that when he had gotten the calender from me 2 weeks ago he really didn´t think he would get baptised, but I put it right on his door as a reminder everyday and he read and prayed everyday and he couldn´t deny the peace he felt. He told the president on Sunday that now he just couldn´t wait to get baptised!!! I have never felt so much joy in my life. This family is about to take the first step into returning back to NUestro Padre Celestial!!!I have been thinking about goals a lot this week...We got the Astendarte again which we were really excited about and I have been trying to figure out what we are doing and honestly all it is is setting goals and then having FAITH. All we need to do is rely on the lord. We CANNOT doubt. I love D&C 6:34, 36, read it. We cannot doubt ourselves we have all the potential in the world and all we need to do is have faith that the Lord will help us. We can´t do ANYTHING honorable without His help. Our mission president came to visit our area this sunday and is really pleased with the progress. A year ago there were only 8 people in the branch and this sunday we had 26. What a blessing. I have been learning a lot about patience. You have to give people time to really become converted. I mean come on...it has taken me 21 years and I still struggle at times. We all do. As for something funny... I ATE RABBIT! A jack rabbit to be exact and it was GOOD! Minus the few bones that I choked down. Oh, did I tell you that last week I ate rice mixed with sardines and mayo more mayo then you would use for 100 sandwiches... It wasn´t too bad but I def ate slow so I didn´t have to have seconds...Oh yesterday we did splits and I went out with a girl from the other branch. Who doesn´t speak english and doesn't really know what to do so i had to take the LEAD! AHHH! I actually know a lot more Spanish then I thought. I realized I rely too much on my companion, I bet next transfer I get a native comp...Well, got to run, I think we are going to try and hit up a restaurant for lunch with our district, we are all kinda going stir crazy...I love you ALL! I miss you tons. Keep writing :) I still haven´t gotten any of your packages or letters cause I am like 3 hours from the mission home!
THE CHURCH IS TRUE AND IF YOU DONT KNOW...JUST ASK!!
