Family and friends! Oh my goodness....What a crazy few days it has been! I wish I could write that it has been a bed of roses but I would totally be lying! You know how everyone says the first days in the MTC are hard??? Well, I don't think you can understand until you are actually here! I have wanted to ball my eyes out a few times. Luckily everyone has been feeling the same way. I am so lucky to have the companions I do. There names are Hermana Davis and Sybrowski. Both from utah. Sybrowski's dad is a General Authority. They are both really soft spoken but I am getting them out of their shell. Especially Sybrowski. Davis is still super quite but a really good student so a great example. Together we would make the BEST companion :)The first day they probably thought I was CRAZY... hense the name... I forgot my temple reccomend, towels, sheets, and laundry bag, and I lost my MTC card within the first hour. They are so patient. And yes, I know, I should have been more ready mom. But it's a crazy time your mind is racing, your life is about to change. I LOVE my district. We really got lucky. They make me laugh so hard! Its like having 8 lil bros. I am pretty sure one of them has a crush on me so I have to be super careful. Mi companeros love to point out things he does/says. Or when is just gazing at me...kinda wierd. As for things I need...A BUTT cushin...Seriously. My butt hurts so bad from sitting in class for so long. OH AND LETTERS AND PACKAGES! I think I am the only person in my district who hasn't gotten ANYTHING. So much for all those elders I wrote huh?? I need letters, seriously anyone who has served a mission im sure understands. I know that I am in the right place but it gets hard. We all knew it before but the language is gonna kill me I need your prayers! I love you all!I wanna Know whats going on with GAGGY, keep me updated!
love always,Hermana Redfern
