Elder Redfern

If you have a chance send Elder Redfern an encouraging word. He has had a rough go. His first companion...his trainer....was sent home for disobedience...then sent back the next day. He speaks no english so it has been hard for Chris to communicate with him. He has sounded a little discouraged trying not to sound discouraged, If you know what I mean. He gets up each morning by himself and studies. Hopefully the threat of almost being sent home will shake him up. Chris had to be honest with the President in their interview. He apologized several times that he was put with an Elder that isnt doing what he should. So...if you feel so inclined jot down a few words....thanks
