mom o six Toni

I learned about your blog from a friend. And i saw the video of the rally you organized and I wanted to comment on it and your actions. First let me tell you I am a single mom of three kids I completely adore them as it seems you do your kids. When I was 21 i married in the LDS temple and began my beautiful life. As we went along and 12 years into the marriage my husband began to understand that women seemed to do something for me. I did not know this about myself and there was no way I wanted to loose my life. Because it was for eternity. I am telling you this and I hope you can bear with me because this issue is one person at a time. HE introduced me to a high school friend who lived 3 houses away and she was bi sexual. I became seriously attracted to her it was beyond my understanding in fact i had never felt anything like that before. Soon we kissed and i knew i would never be the same. At the time i was teaching spiritual liveing in relief society and had just been asked t o serve in the temple. My heart was broken and so happy all in the same moment. I loved the temple. I left my marraige my religion and i lost every friend i had I had to be true to me. I carried my children with me and today I adore them more than ever I oldest son is a free spirit smart and wonderful my next son is serving an LDS mission out of the country and my daughter lives with me. THey love me and my partner unconditionally. I tell you this because I am another human and regardless who I marry or live my life with it has NO effect on you. ANd yet you sponsored a rally to limit my rights.
Yhere are people like you who have gone out of your religious base to limit rights of others. I ts so sad because I would not do that to you. And I do not even know you. The point perhaps is that we all know and love homosexuals and wouldn't it be wonderful to give them the support a hetrosexual couple has so they have a chance to build long lasting relationships with the support of not only the ones who dare to love them but everyone.
I pray you took the time to read this.
May angels surround you always
