Here in Fairfield we have had hundreds and hundreds of signs for PROP 8 destroyed, stolen and altered. So my husband, Sam Stubbert and Steve Clawson decided that instead of stooping to the level of No on 8 they would just frustrate the heck out of these sign stealers and keep putting them out by the droves...so on any given night you may find these 3 stripling ninja warriors driving around town replenishing the signs all around the Green Valley area. Within 48 hrs almost every sign has been stolen but they will not be deterred...they continue on.

The Last Great Institution
I must admit…I am afraid. The last great institution – Marriage, is about to be redefined by 4 non-elected judges and millions of Hollywood dollars. The fact that Hollywood can dictate society’s values is beyond frightening. If we are truly concerned about moral rights (unlike those in Measure 4), then children should have the right to both a mother and a father who can nurture them through the challenges of society BOTH genders face. Gays (and all protected classes) should have un-denied INDIVIDUAL rights and fairness in housing, the workplace, healthcare, and government services.
I must admit…I am afraid. Churches sustaining traditional marriage will be targeted legally. Pastors sued for refusing to perform same-sex marriages. Charitable contributions TAXED because religious exemptions will be at risk…putting more burdens on an already broken welfare system. Private health care physicians sued for their own moral positions on artificial insemination. Children introduced at a young age to same-sex marriage and sexual relations, unfortunately giving new life to the bullies already saturating school yards. (We’ll probably just add new laws for 1st grade hate crimes.) Wake up people! Right or wrong, homosexuality is a tough subject for even straight or gay ADULTS to handle…let alone a 6 year old! Our apathy or naivety in the above items will soon see its sad effect (as in Massachusetts), and we will kick ourselves.
I must admit…I am afraid. This is obviously not what God (or nature) intended. I’m not arguing many are attracted to the same-sex…but the Covenant of the Marriage Union was made clear when Jesus (as Jehovah) created a man and a woman to multiply and replenish His earth. Hollywood is writing the script to a morally ravaged and “Godless” society. We are about to “put asunder” what God implemented and is fundamental to His plan for His children. Do we really want to strap Him on?
Not me. I must admit...I am afraid. Yes on Prop 8 for me.

Toni good for all you guys are doing. We've been trying to do as much as we can here...they turned us away from the call center though because we weren't CA residents. We wish we were though so we could be there helping out more with all of this!!
